A coarse, hairy, native perennial that grows 2-3′, Boneset is used in restorations, vegetated swales, shorelines, and to bind soil with its fibrous root system and resist erosion. It is a good habitat provider and groundcover. Boneset is a great plant for rain gardens, lake edges, and other landscape designs.
